open a Pages document, insert an image first, go to the image icon, click the Choose media, select an image, and open. now go to the format and style option, select the arrange and you can select stay on the page or move with the text. you can send images of text above and below just select the image go to the arrange and select stay on the page or move with text and select the above and below.
