draw the shape, insert the menu, shape choose the shape. select the shape and press the control button from the keyboard select the next shape and right click on the mouse and click Group.
if you want to ungroup the shape. just select the group and right-click on the shape. group and ungroup. if you want to regroup the shape. just select the grouping shape and right-click on the mouse group and regroup.
