in this video, I will show you, how to ungroup checkboxes in a fillable PDF form using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017. let's get started. open a PDF form edit this form click the prepare form and check the checkboxes. this checkbox is grouped. now I will this text box ungroup.

give the all checkbox names different from every checkbox, and go to properties. if you want to group this check box you have to add the same name to every check box, if you want to ungroup checkboxes, you have to add a different name for every check box.
