In this video, I'll show you, how to Flatten layers in PDF using adobe acrobat pro-2017. let's get started. open a PDF file and check the layer. go to the file menu and save as, optimize PDF, discard user data, checkmark the discard hidden layer content and pattern visual layer, and okay give the file name and click save.

now check that your document layer is removed you can apply another way. open the document go to layer and click the layer option and click the plugin layers yes now check that document your layer is flattened.
