Assalamualaikum,
In this video, I'll show you, how to Flatten the bookmark in pdf using adobe acrobat pro-2017. let's get started. open a PDF file, and check the bookmark.

now go to the file menu, save as, optimize PDF and select the discarded object, checkmark the discarded bookmark, and click ok. save the document and open your file. check your bookmark all bookmark is removed.
