In this video, I will show you, how to add multiple checkboxes in a fillable pdf form using Adobe Acrobat Pr.o let's get started. open a PDF form, and make this fillable. and go to the toolbar and click the add checkboxes and draw the check box.

copy the check box, press the control from the keyboard and move the mouse point, go to preview and give a different name to every check box go to the properties box name.
