In this video, I'll show you, How to add file attachment button in fillable pdf form using adobe acrobat pro 2017. let's get started. open a PDF form and make this one fillable. go to the tools menu prepared form. now go to the toolbar, select the ok button, and draw the button field. go to properties right click on the field properties. add the button name.

action execute a menu item add. view show hide navigation plan attachment. check the button.
