In this video, I'll show you, how to create a drop-down menu in a fillable PDF form using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017. let's get started. firstly make this form fillable. go to the tools menu and click the prepare form. and remove the automatic field and draw the drop-down menu.

go to properties, option, and give the item name. go to preview and check the drop-down menu.
