Assalamu Walaikum,
in this video, I will show you, how to encrypt with a certificate in a PDF document using PDFelement. let's get started. open a PDF file and go to protect menu click the signed document draw the signature and click the new ID.

I want to create a new digital ID next, type your name, next set the password and click finish. give the password and sign. save the certificate. now you cannot edit these documents. go to the edit menu to check the heat option is designed.
