but I will remove the signature background to make PNG transparent. Select the image. Go to the Picture Format. And Click remove Background. here some extra part is added and some part is excluded. I will remove the extra part and I will add excluded part. If you want to Keep the Excluded part. Go to the Background Remove, Select the "Marks Areas to Keep" and Draw the Excluded Part. If you want to remove the extra part. Select the "Marks Areas to Remove" and Draw the Extra Part. Now click keep change. Now I will add background. Go insert menu. Click a shape and add color.

Now Right Click on the Image, Choose Save As a Picture. Type your image name and File Format Portable Network Graphics. Now your File is ready to JPEG Image to PNG Image.
